Are you passionate about helping individuals with disabilities live more independent, fulfilling lives? Dependable Nurses, Inc. (DNI) is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our growing team across Maricopa County.

- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Encourage independence and support individuals in reaching personal goals
- Provide companionship and build meaningful relationships
- Accurately document care provided and report any changes in condition
- Follow all policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before working with a client)
- Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Reliable transportation to various client locations (non-driving agency)
- Previous experience is a plus, but training is provided
