We are seeking a responsible IT Technician to join our team! You will manage our Company’s day-to-day IT operations and handle a variety of projects to support and improve the Company's network systems.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure security systems and best practices are in place to prevent system interruptions or breaches
• Manage VoIP phone system and provider.
• Manage all warehouses’ security systems and provider.
• Manage all aspects of the network platform and system licenses to ensure compliance and functionality.
• Monitor active network and server infrastructure
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues
• Manage inventory of all hardware, including those assigned to remote users.
• Assist with strategic planning by providing recommendations for operational software, end-of-life hardware transitions, company best practices, and development of IT policies to align with business needs.
• Plan, execute and oversee IT projects from start to finish as directed.
• Document all technical procedures and user guides
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to employees.
• Assist service technicians with on-site programming of fitness equipment entertainment systems as well as health tracking technologies
• This position will be on call and may need to respond to issues / concerns during non-normal business hours.

​ Qualifications:

• 4-year bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 2-4 years previous experience in IT management services
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Experience in fitness equipment entertainment programming and health tracking technologies are a plus
