About the Role

We're hiring experienced professionals who can install, commission, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across residential and commercial properties, with a focus on central plants and chilled-water systems. You’ll apply strong mechanical know-how, collaborate with building teams, and make systems safer, more efficient, and more reliable.

Open Tracks

• Service Technician (5+ years): Central plant service, cooling tower maintenance, chiller diagnostics/repair, chilled-water pump work, built-up systems, and a variety of commercial building systems.
• Installation Technician (3+ years): Installing grooved iron pipe, WSHP systems, RTU replacements, piping layout, cooling tower change-outs, and other commercial installs.

What You’ll Do

• Install, service, and optimize HVACR systems including chillers, air-conditioning units, furnaces, and refrigeration equipment.
• Execute preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating at design performance.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on complex commercial systems.
• Coordinate with property and facility teams to resolve comfort and reliability concerns quickly.
• Follow safety procedures and industry standards on every job.
• Perform piping, welding/brazing, and refrigeration tasks as required for system installs and repairs.
• Document labor, materials, and findings using mobile tools.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated success as an HVAC Installer or Service Technician.
• Robust mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability.
• Hands-on experience supporting property or facility operations during installs and service.
• Exposure to plumbing, welding/brazing, and refrigeration practices (a plus if advanced).
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving.
• Clear, professional communication with clients and teammates.
