Real Estate Cold Caller
We’re growing our real estate division and looking for a confident communicator to handle agent outreach and lead qualification.
This role focuses on speaking with real estate agents about active listings, gathering accurate property details, and keeping our acquisitions team informed.
**What you’ll be responsible for**
Call real estate agents regarding on-market properties
Build professional relationships and maintain follow-ups
Gather key information such as listing updates, seller motivation, and financing details when available
Document all conversations clearly inside our CRM
Coordinate with our acquisitions team to review potential deals
**What we’re looking for**
Clear, confident English communication
Experience with cold calling, phone sales, or lead generation
Ability to build rapport with professionals
Organized and consistent with follow-ups
Comfortable using CRM systems and spreadsheets
**Compensation**
Up to $6 per hour starting base pay
