Andy Manchanda State Farm is looking for a confident, relationship-driven Acquisitions Specialist who enjoys connecting with people, creating new opportunities, and helping customers make informed decisions about their insurance needs. - Previous sales, marketing, outreach, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable initiating contact with prospective customers
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of results
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with consultative sales conversations
- Must be willing and able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses prior to starting
