The Quality Technician collaborates directly and indirectly with operations to clarify and ensure that quality requirements are met with all incoming materials and components. This includes adhering to processing specifications and procedures up to the point of shipping. Additionally, the Technician supports other departments within Cleanpart USA Phoenix Operations by conducting inspections and receiving audits.

• Provide daily monitoring of process travelers to ensure requirements are met.
• Observe CCTV footage and compare traveler steps, document conformance, and address non-conformances, monitor CCT and provide documentation as needed.
• Offer guidance on quality questions and concerns to the operations team.
• Oversee incoming inspections, review, and prepare quality documentation as needed.
• Assist with and contribute to corrective action reports for non-compliant parts.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Product/Process audits
• Enter Return Material Authorizations (Customer/Supplier) and communicate to internal customers as directed.
• Promote a safe, positive, and productive work environment.
• Root cause analysis
• Process and support preparation for the annual ISO Audit and customer audits.
• Support Calibration by running weekly reports to prevent overdue instruments.
• Monitor employees on time training.
• Manage internal and external calibration activities and update status in the Db.
• Monitor employees' part processing and compliance with part-handling protocol.
• Audit The Chemical change interval and documentation, including document control.
• Responsible for upholding Safety and 5S standards.
• Responsible for part and process traveler inspections
• Other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years experience in a quality role, or applicable manufacturing experience
• 2+ years experience in semiconductor cleaning industry is a plus.
• Experience with quality control inspection and testing preferred.
• Proficiency with personal computer use, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word), MRP systems, and other software programs (JobBoss, Unipoint, etc.) as needed.
• Detail-Oriented
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Understanding of and able to read blueprints
• Proficient in utilizing basic inspection tools.
• Organizational skills, self-motivated, flexible, and able to prioritize.
• Flexibility to work overtime when it is needed.
• Flexibility to change shifts to conduct internal audit and investigation.

• The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $68,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
