We are a local outpatient physical therapy clinic located right here in Arizona. With several clinics across the greater Phoenix metro area, we are looking to grow our team of Physical Therapists, and are specifically looking for a Clinic Manager! Some of the area of focus include:- Sports Rehab
- Aquatic Rehab
- Balance Rehab
- Manual Therapy
- Supervising PTAs
- Developing Treatment Plans
- Working with OTs and other PTs
- Providing Specialty Services
- Providing Injury Screens

Job Details:We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and passionate Permanent Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist to join our progressive healthcare team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals in providing top-notch physical therapy services to our diverse clientele. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Sports Medicine, rehab, manual therapy, hand therapy, Balance Rehab, Aquatic Therapy, and management. This role offers the chance to contribute to our mission of providing excellent healthcare services while also developing leadership skills in a supportive environment. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality physical therapy services.
- Provide direct patient care, focusing on Sports Medicine, manual therapy, hand therapy, Balance Rehab, and Aquatic Therapy.
- Manage and mentor a team of physical therapists and support staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service delivery, patient satisfaction, and clinic growth.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead patient case reviews and participate in professional development activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the clinic and staff, implementing improvements as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, encouraging staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with demonstrated expertise in Sports Medicine, rehab, manual therapy, hand therapy, Balance Rehab, and Aquatic Therapy.
- Previous experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- A valid license to practice physical therapy.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A passion for improving patient health and wellbeing through high-quality physical therapy services.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in using healthcare software and technology.
