We’re a five-star rated company, growing rapidly, and we're looking for a Comfort Advisor who knows how to close the deal, deliver an incredible customer experience, and help our clients make smart, energy-efficient HVAC upgrades to their homes.

• Follow up on pre-qualified warm leads and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
  
• Educate customers on system options, energy efficiency, and Bumble Bee’s five-star services
  
• Create and present professional proposals in-home or digitally
  
• Participate in regular product and sales training to stay sharp and confident
  
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, communications, and job details in company CRM
  
• Provide a no-pressure consultative experience that builds trust and loyalty
  
• Be the face of Bumble Bee in the community—friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to service
  

• Proven in-home sales experience preferred
  
• Track record of closing deals and exceeding goals
  
• Tech-savvy and able to use apps, CRM tools, and digital proposal software
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
• Strong work ethic with the ability to self-manage
  
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or local permitting codes a plus
  
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers
  

• Pay Structure: 10% Commission
  
• 401(k) Match: 4% company match after 90 days
  
• Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision (75% employer-paid for employees, 25% for family after 60 days)
  
• PTO: 40 hours sick + 40 hours vacation per year 6 paid holidays after 90 days
