Job Description:

• Diagnose and repair systems according to specifications, including brake and hydraulic, exhaust, basic electrical, cooling systems, suspension, and alignment, as well as perform all routine maintenance services.
• Carry out the job responsibilities of lower-level positions, such as Mechanic and General Service Technician.
• Explain technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including employees and customers, as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning of new technical information and techniques through formal training to stay ahead of rapidly evolving automotive technologies.
• Assist fellow technicians and mechanics with technical tasks.
• Keep management informed of mechanical repair issues as they arise.
• Maintain an organized and tidy work area.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, safety, and environmental regulations.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year verifiable professional automotive repair experience
• Ability to pass a background check
• Clean Driving Record
• Maintain valid Drivers License with no restrictions
• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Diesel experience is a plus
• Must have your own hand tools
• Ability to lift an object weighing up to 60 pounds
