• Support SAP SD/OTC engagements by assisting with the design and implementation of technology solutions under the direction of project leadership.

• Collaborate with clients and team members to capture business requirements and help translate them into functional designs and project deliverables.

• Build constructive client relationships by contributing to workshops, documentation, and reviews that clarify business processes and solution options.

• Assist business development efforts by preparing supporting materials, contributing inputs for proposals, and helping with presentation reviews and formatting.

• Contribute to knowledge sharing and innovation by participating in communities of practice and developing accelerators that enhance delivery efficiency.

• Pursue continuous learning on SAP innovations (e.g., S/4HANA capabilities) through training and on-the-job experiences to support transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree plus 6 years of professional work experience

• 4+ years of SAP experience in a consulting firm or an industry/internal role with solution design and end-to-end delivery, including 2+ years in SAP SD/OTC

• 2+ end-to-end SAP implementations, with primary responsibilities in SAP SD/OTC, including design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare

• 1+ full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations, including design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare

• Configuration experience in at least 3 of the following SAP SD/OTC areas: pricing and conditions; billing and invoicing; availability check (ATP/backorder processing); sales order management; delivery and shipping; EDI/IDoc integration

• Experience producing core implementation deliverables (e.g., functional specs, configuration workbooks, test scripts) and managing test cycles (SIT/UAT) using a standard defect tracking tool

• Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

• Master's degree

• 1+ years of client delivery experience at a Big Four consulting firm

• Participation in at least 1 ECC-to-S/4HANA conversion or greenfield S/4 program

• Experience with Signavio

• Current SAP certification in Sales and Distribution, or SAP S/4HANA Sales

• Pre-sales support on 1+ pursuits (e.g., solution shaping, demos, estimates)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 - $198,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
