Warehouse & Manufacturing Position

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Follow all operating procedures and company policies, perform all task in a safe and productive manner, adherence to quality and sanitation standards. Be proactive and responsible for efficiencies, 6'S of immediate area. Follow all GMP's, maintain high level of house-keeping in immediate work area, able to work in cold environment, Certified PIT operator, able to operate sit down forklift safely, and effectively. Manage First In First Out finished goods, able to constantly demonstrate a customer first performance, primary task is to fill orders for outside customers but also selects for retail stores at 100%, assist with palletizing area and back dock, ability to complete simple math skills without errors, sustain good penmanship, clear and complete documentation, able to work in team environment with peer(s) as well as independently, complete any assign SMAC or PC task, any other job duties requested by Supervision. Schedule is subject to change with the business needs.

Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Dependent on length of service, hours worked, any applicable collective bargaining agreement and/or Company policy, benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay*, PTO/Vacation pay*, paid holidays*, bereavement pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility). Associates in this position may be eligible for a quarterly bonus, subject to Company bonus plans. Applications are accepted on an on-going basis.

*For roles in Washington State: Sick pay and PTO/Vacation pay are accrued based on hours worked and paid holidays are issued at 7-9 days annually.
