This is a 3-month temporary assignment with potential temp-to-perm.

The Escrow Support Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows, relieving branches of high-volume paperwork.
• Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches (not to customers).
• Work on escrow openings and closings.
• Perform tasks similar to associate-level work, though slightly more complex with greater experience and knowledge.
  

Required qualifications for the position include :

• Ability to follow escrow procedures.
• Awareness of regulations governing the escrow process (preferred).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
  

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• 1–2 years escrow processing experience (nice to have).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility and self-motivation.
  

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
