**Overview** **Patient Service Speicalist** **Scottsdale, Arizona** **Position requires great customer service at the front desk as well as ability to verify insurances, handle prospective and current patient phone calls, collect copays, and communicate in a team environment.** Location: Will need to be able to travel between 2 locations in Scottsdale + Primary location will be N Scottsdale (9917 N 95th St) but will also have some hours/coverage at Old Town ( 5111 N Scottsdale Rd). + Applicant must be flexible with their time and location needs. That's where you come in. As a patient service specialist, you'll manage both the patient side and business side of our center.
