Key Responsibilities: Lead all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end close. Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls while driving financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights that support business growth and decision-making. Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA designation strongly preferred.
