Commercial Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing works orders and other required tasks including but no limited to HVAC repairs & maintenance, evaporative cooler repairs and maintenance, plumbing, electrical, drywall repairs, painting and other property/facility maintenance as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Communicate effectively with tenants
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial real estate property maintenance is preferred
- Broad experience with various trades (HVAC, Evaporative coolers, plumbing, electrical, drywall/paint repairs) is preferred but can provide on-the -job training if necessary
- Current HVAC Certification a definite plus
- Familiarity in operation of maintenance tools (including lifts)
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Comfortable working with strict deadlines and detail-oriented a must
- Must have clean AZ Driver License and own a work vehicle (Mileage reimbursement provided)
