Practice: Peoria Dental Smiles (An American Dental Companies Partner)

Location: Peoria, AZ (Near 91st Ave & Union Hills Dr)

Compensation: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour (DOE) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus!

Sign-On Bonus: $500.00 (Payable after 60 days of employment!)

Schedule: Mon–Thu (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) | Fri (7:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
