This is a DOOR TO DOOR appointment setting role that offers $30 per hour.
Must have reliable transportation and be available between 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM Monday-Friday.

No sales background? No problem. If you’re positive, driven, and willing to learn, we’ll teach you everything else.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with homeowners in local neighborhoods and offer free storm-damage roof inspections
• Learn to do a basic inspection: climb a ladder, get on a roof, take photos, and document damage (no labor work)
• Present clear evidence of damage and explain how their insurance policy applies
• Walk homeowners through the insurance claim process and set proper expectations
• Explain the benefits of working with our licensed adjuster team
• Work alongside leaders, mentors, and a tight-knit team that wants you to win

Earning Potential

While this is an entry-level role, reps who who transition to our commission payscale and help just three homeowners a week file insurance claims typically earn $100K+ in their first year, with many surpassing that through bonuses and consistency.
