Your Role:

• Offer comprehensive primary and family care, including diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, and management of health issues
• Handle clinic operations such as opening/closing, inventory management, and patient follow-up
• Coordinate patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure optimal health outcomes
• Discuss healthy lifestyle choices with patients and conduct diagnostic tests to inform treatment plans
• Empower patients to take an active role in their health through wellness services and chronic condition management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to provide holistic, evidence-based care with a focus on patient education, including topics like pregnancy prevention and STI prevention
• Administer vaccinations and provide crucial counseling on vaccine-related matters
• A minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent
• Complete DOT certification within 30 days of employment
• Proficiency in additional languages, including Spanish, is a plus
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Pass a FIT test and wear a respirator mask as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience as a licensed provider, including precepting rotations with MinuteClinic, is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with Epic software is a plus

EDUCATION:

• A Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program and current National Board Certification, along with a state license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $37.66 - $81.11 per hour. This range reflects base hourly wages for all positions within this job grade. Actual salary offers depend on various factors, including experience, education, and location. This position also qualifies for bonuses or incentive programs.
