About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle AP process, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and payments are made timely. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for proper documentation and approval
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
• Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with month-end closing and accruals as needed
• Support audits and provide documentation as requested

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or Accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (experience with SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar ERP systems preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
