Job Summary:
An immediate opening for a motivated Nurse Practitioner who demonstrates strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for professional growth. The role involves providing patient-centered care in an integrated wellness setting, with opportunities to work across pain management, counseling, and addiction support. Candidates with experience in pain management are preferred, though new graduates will be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health through interviews, medical history reviews, and ongoing evaluations.

• Prescribe necessary medications and treatments.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to identify abnormal conditions.

• Document patient care services accurately in patient records.

• Counsel and educate patients on treatment regimens, wellness, and health maintenance.

• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional societies.

• Contribute to team success by collaborating with colleagues and assisting in clinical staff training.

Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner degree with active Arizona licensure (or willingness to obtain Utah licensure).

• Patient-focused with excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered.
