- Oversee community staff and day-to-day operations; Actively manage multiple departments in a professional setting with organizational and management success
- Hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staff of quality associates
- Build positive relationships with residents of the community, their families, and staff members
- Other duties as assigned
- A minimum of two years of related leadership experience is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have a valid administrator license in states where required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, pass a drug screening, and abide by our Drug-Free Workplace policy
- Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations.
- Experience in the senior housing industry preferred
