Position Profile The Administrative Float provides general clerical support to Arizona Supportive Care department. Primary duties include word processing, data entry, answering phones and filing. Responsibilities § Provides quality clerical support. § Manages phone calls and visitors in a professional manner. § Maintains and enhances professional skills. § Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct. Minimum Qualifications § High school diploma or equivalent experience. § Exceptional customer service and phone skills to interact with others in a pleasant, helpful and cooperative manner. § Ability to give and follow written as well as oral instruction. § Possess neat and professional image § Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy and follow-through with minimal supervision. § Ability to gather and interpret data from different sources. § Good problem solving/critical thinking abilities. § Ability to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions. § Proven ability to deal with confidential information in a professional manner. § Proficient computer skills. § Ability to use various types of office equipment including computer equipment, fax machine, copier and phone.
