Flux AutoGlass is one of Arizona’s fastest-growing mobile auto glass companies, built on speed, professionalism, and results. We’re looking for driven, competitive individuals to join our field sales team and help us continue expanding across the Valley.
This is a full-time, outdoor, face-to-face sales role where your effort directly impacts your income.
What You’ll Do
- Work in parking lots, neighborhoods, and local businesses to identify customers with windshield damage
- Speak directly with drivers and educate them on insurance-covered replacements
- Guide customers through a simple claim and scheduling process
- Close sales on the spot and set next-day service
- Hit weekly performance targets and contribute to team growth
- Represent Flux with confidence, professionalism, and energy

- Coachable and open to feedback
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
