The Account Assistant is a unique role; we are looking for a rock star! Under the Direction of the Lead Account Manager, the Account Assistant gets to work with some of the coolest printed graphics for some of the country’s top companies. The position of an Account Assistant is an intermediate-level position with the drive and determination to become an industry expert in the future. We will grow with you.

// Minimum Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Organization is a must
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Detail oriented and strong communication skills both verbally through email.
• Strong Data Entry Skills
• Able to travel up to 10% of the time

// Your Day to Day Role

• Prepare weekly spreadsheets, reports, installation instructions, distribution lists, client updates, etc.
• Crosstrain to learn all aspects of production including software, shipping preparation, and confirmation of printed graphics. Teamwork at its finest.
• Confirm scheduling and installation with Installation Lead under the direction of the Lead AM. Travel may be necessary.
• Data Management: Manage rapid changing timelines, process surveys, installs, supporting docs and photos to verify job completion.
• Track inventory specific to assigned accounts by coordinating with Purchasing Lead and Production Team.
• Cover for Account Managers when Lead deems it both necessary and appropriate
• Schedule installations and coordinate with the AM/client as necessary
• Assist the Lead AM by writing orders daily, while accurately maintaining due dates and statuses. Process orders to verify completion from start to finish.
• Planned AM absence coverage: AM and AS conduct proactive briefings to address and assign all reasonably anticipated work tasks and responsibilities. Departing party responsible to initiate absence briefing.
• Unplanned AM absence coverage: assigned AS to cover. Sales and AM Leads to assign help for AS when AM absence continues for long durations or during times of high workload volume
• Proactively work towards maximizing workload when not already at capacity to help maintain team’s mutual dedication to overall project success.
• Attend daily huddles and meetings as scheduled.
