HR Generalist I
:
POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Generalist I role will assist in the coordination of administrative support for the Human Resources Department. They will perform tasks and duties that support the overall compliance of Human Resources and help to ensure that the department is effectively meeting state, federal, local laws, and statutes. This position will maintain strict confidentiality and a high degree of integrity.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education/Background:
- High School Diploma & five (5) years of relevant human resources experience required
- Associate's Degree & three (3) years of relevant human resources experience preferred
- Human Resources or paralegal experience - preferred
Other Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
