JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active Arizona license required; IMLC Letter of Qualification accepted

• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

• DEA: Required

• Certifications: BLS

• Experience: Minimum 1 year orthopedic surgery experience

• Other Qualifications: Ability to provide independent 24-hour call coverage

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide 24-hour beeper call coverage for orthopedic surgery services

• Perform orthopedic surgical procedures as indicated

• Conduct clinic visits during scheduled clinic days

• Respond to emergency orthopedic consults

• Document all patient care in Cerner EMR
