Account Care Specialist
As an Account Care Specialist, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional post‑sales support to an assigned group of accounts while ensuring a seamless, end‑to‑end client experience. You will partner closely with internal pre‑sales teams, coordinate cross‑functional activities, and proactively manage account needs through strong organization, communication, and client‑first service.
Your role will be pivotal in driving operational accuracy, resolving issues, processing orders, and managing account‑related activities with precision and urgency. You’ll maintain detailed account notes, anticipate client needs, and ensure every stakeholder feels supported.
Location: This is a hybrid position in Chandler, AZ.

About the Role
Account Care Specialist
As an Account Care Specialist, you will:
- Partner closely with assigned pre‑sales teams to fully understand the needs of each client and ensure alignment across the sales lifecycle.
- Organize, prioritize, and respond to incoming account‑related requests , providing prompt, accurate, and detail‑oriented support.
- Manage post‑sales processes , including:
- Sales order execution and intake tools
- Pricing accuracy and margin validation
- Contract compliance and documentation
- Backorders, returns, warranty claims, and software licensing
- Customized delivery arrangements and escalations
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with departments such as procurement, fulfillment, and operations to troubleshoot and resolve issues swiftly.
- Maintain comprehensive account notes , ensuring visibility and continuity for all stakeholders.
- Research technical product information and ensure proper system access to support order accuracy.
- Provide proactive communication , including ad hoc updates, status reporting, and expectation management for clients and internal teams.
- Identify trends, process gaps, and optimization opportunities , contributing to automation improvements and operational efficiency.
- Support special projects for clients and sales teams, providing insights and solutions that enhance the client experience.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, order processing, account coordination, or a related field supporting complex client needs.
- Proven success in managing multiple priorities, staying organized, and adhering to tight SLAs.
- Strong English language competency with the ability to communicate clearly with clients, managers, and teammates.
- Exceptional attention to detail, active listening, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships internally and externally.
- Familiarity with order management systems, procurement tools, or CRM platforms is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills preferred.
