The Role:
As Kitchen Manager, you’ll lead back-of-house operations, develop a strong culinary team, and ensure every dish meets scratch-made quality standards. You’ll oversee food and labor costs, kitchen systems, and food safety while fostering a positive, high-energy culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily BOH operations in a fast-paced scratch kitchen.
- Hire, train, and coach kitchen staff.
- Manage food prep, inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with FOH on menus, specials, and events.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food cost, labor, and kitchen operations.
- Passion for high-quality, consistent food.
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
