Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma/Certificate from an accredited LPN program.
• Licensure: Current Arizona LPN license and CPR certification
• Certification: Current immunizations (Hepatitis B, MMR, Tdap) and TB clearance.
• Experience: Prior experience in women’s health, reproductive health, or primary care preferred.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer vaccines in accordance with ACIP recommendations.
• Record vitals, perform pregnancy and STI testing, and provide patient education.
• Assist with reproductive exams and ensure proper clinic setup.
• Support patients by providing information, counseling, and referrals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in the EHR system.
