As our new Technical Trainer & Mobile Forensic Specialist , you will play a key role in equipping investigators and forensic professionals with the knowledge to use our solutions effectively in the field.

About the Role

With growing demand in the LATAM and Americas region, this role is central to MSAB’s expansion in two of our most important markets. As a core member of our technical team, you will deliver our globally recognized certification courses, both online and in-person, ensuring our customers understand and can fully utilize our products, including XRY, XAMN, and XEC .

You’ll conduct multi-day training courses, develop and update course materials, and provide expert support to sales teams through product demonstrations and technical consultations. While most travel will be within your region, global travel may occasionally be required to support conferences, events, and internal collaboration.

Key responsibilities include

  • Delivering MSAB certification training to customers, both remotely and on-site
  • Supporting sales teams and partners with technical demonstrations and customer briefings
  • Creating webinars, whitepapers, videos, and other educational content
  • Developing and updating training curricula based on product updates and customer feedback
  • Representing MSAB at exhibitions, conferences, and workshops
  • Providing subject matter expertise and technical guidance during the pre-sales process
  • Continuously building your own skills to stay at the forefront of digital forensics

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated, technically skilled trainer who can educate and engage with diverse audiences while maintaining a deep understanding of our customers’ needs in the field. Preferably, you are located in the United States or a Northern Latin American country, and you are able to travel regularly across the region and occasionally worldwide. Occasional travel to our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, is also expected.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in mobile and/or digital forensics
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Knowledge of digital evidence handling and legal processes related to law enforcement in the Americas
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Willingness to become a subject matter expert in MSAB products and mobile forensics
  • Proactive, self-disciplined, and customer-oriented mindset
