Pay: $22–$25 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
On-Call: Required approximately once per month (based on team size)

Position Overview:

Rosenbaum Realty Group is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Property Maintenance Coordinator to serve as the central hub between property managers, vendors, and residents.

This role combines office coordination with in-field inspections and offers a company vehicle for work-related use. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, understand property maintenance, and enjoy taking ownership of projects from start to finish, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch property maintenance work orders
• Manage vendor relationships, including scheduling, communication, and performance oversight
• Conduct in-person pre-move-out inspections, post-move-out inspections, and move-in evaluations
• Present repair estimates to property managers and obtain approvals
• Track and facilitate work orders from creation through completion
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet company standards
• Communicate effectively with vendors, team members, and residents
• Respond to emails and voicemails within required timeframes
• Answer inbound calls while maintaining strong customer service standards
• Secure competitive vendor pricing while maintaining quality
• Update dashboards and work order systems daily
• Support rent-ready and turn coordination efforts

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching, coordination, or customer service
• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of residential property management and maintenance processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning new technology and software systems
• A true customer service mindset
• Must be able to report daily to the Prescott Valley office

Requirements:

• Must pass a drug test
• Clean driving record
• Background check required
