Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic
Location: Phoenix / Yuma, Arizona

Salary: $80,000 – $95,000+ DOE

Position Overview

Seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient orthopedic team in Phoenix, AZ. New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply. This role offers flexible scheduling, strong mentorship, manageable caseloads, and a supportive team environment focused on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions
• Collaborate with PTAs and interdisciplinary staff
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation with AI Scribe support

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active or eligible Arizona PT license
• New grads welcome
• Orthopedic, manual therapy, vestibular, or dry needling experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule & Caseload

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
• Flexible scheduling with optional weekend shifts
• Average caseload: 8–12 patients per day
• 30–60 minute evaluations
• Structured onboarding and mentorship support
