Job Title: IOP Phlebotomist

Location: Scottsdale, AZ Candidate cannot live more than 15 miles away

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team in a physician office setting. This position plays a vital role in patient care by ensuring accurate specimen collection and processing for laboratory testing. • Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with precision and care.
• Accurately enter patient and specimen information into the computer system.
• Prepare and process samples for analytical testing; distribute specimens to appropriate departments.
• Conduct specified analytical tests as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and Code of Conduct standards.

• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience ( experience with cancer patients preferred ).
• Strong proficiency in blood draw techniques and specimen handling.
• High attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
• GED or High School Diploma required.

• Work in a collaborative environment alongside medical assistants and healthcare professionals.
• Career growth opportunities: Eligible for promotion to Phlebotomy Technician II after six months, including a 4% pay increase.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
