Physical Therapist – Inpatient Rehab - Travel Position Location: Kingman, AZ Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5x8s Days Pay: $2,195/week Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an inpatient rehabilitation unit in Kingman, AZ, on a travel contract. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury with the goal of restoring function, mobility, and independence. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and skilled in providing therapy services in an inpatient rehab setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough patient evaluations to determine mobility, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary staff.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions such as strengthening, gait training, mobility exercises, and functional rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet therapy goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy objectives, safe mobility, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Promote patient independence, safety, and quality of life through evidence-based therapy practices.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona (or compact license).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent inpatient rehab or acute care PT experience.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support.
• COVID-19 vaccine and recent tuberculosis test.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to quality rehabilitation care.
