Tailwind Dishwasher Position
If you're passionate about food and friendly service, we'd love to have you on our team at Tailwind! We're currently seeking a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to help keep our kitchen running smoothly. As a key member of our back-of-house team, you'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with basic food prep, and helping to ensure a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Portion sauces and perform light food prep as needed
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain a clean workspace
- Take out trash and maintain cleanliness of trash areas
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Support the kitchen team with additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications/Skills:
- Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Dependable and punctual
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass background check to receive airport badge.
- Must have reliable transportation.
