Position Overview: As a Dental Assistant at Natural Dental Partners, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care. You will primarily assist our dental hygienist, ensure a smooth patient experience, and support the team in promoting airway health and orthodontic treatment options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the hygienist with procedures, charting, and patient comfort

• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas

• Educate patients on oral hygiene, airway health, and the benefits of early orthodontic intervention

• Collaborate with the team to identify candidates for airway and orthodontic treatment

• Help facilitate case acceptance through clear communication and patient support

• Maintain patient records and manage digital charting efficiently

• Ensure clinical areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked

Qualifications:

• Dental Assistant certification or equivalent experience

• Must have X-ray Certification

• Familiarity with airway health, myofunctional therapy, or orthodontics is a plus (training provided)

• Strong communication and patient education skills

• Team-oriented, with a passion for holistic and preventive care

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
