Job Summary:
As a Graphic Designer II at Branded Bills, you will help bring the vision of Branded Bills to life by turning ideas and concepts into actual design we will use in digital spaces, physical spaces, and products. We welcome your ability to generate great ideas, but will lean more heavily on your capacity to follow through on tasks and produce compelling designs on time and on spec. The ideal candidate will assist in the creation/editing of materials for marketing, social media, the Branded Bills website, and influence product development. Successful Branded Bills Graphic Designers are innovative, work well with various teams, provide feedback where necessary, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment, all while contributing to the growth of our company and brand. A Branded Bills Graphic Designer has to be up to solving a good challenge and eager to grow with unlimited opportunities within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be able to utilize the tools and function of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator to create exceptional designs.
Create designs and concepts based on knowledge of aesthetic design concepts.
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, layouts, and graphics including social media, website, newsletter, and printed signage.
Execute all design concepts and deliverables according to established timelines with minimal supervision.
Understand industry trends and proactively contribute new and fresh ideas that will improve the overall customer experience.
Ensure the brand and standards are upheld through all materials.
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, layouts, and graphics including social media, website, newsletter, and printed signage.
Executes special projects as assigned by management
Serves as positive representation, both inside and outside of Branded Bills
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
Highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite.
Comfortable working on a variety of projects including layout, logo creation, iconography, advertising, sales promotion, photo retouching/editing, and photo manipulation.
Can work independently and within a team dynamic.
Has the ability to carry multiple projects at once and understand priorities based on Project Management and Manager's direction.
Has strong presentation skills and is responsible for concisely communicating strategy, design concepts, and creative ideas to the internal team.
Hits the ground running. Is a self-starter, a quick learner who is highly motivated, and is outcome-oriented, always seeking innovative approaches to execute projects.
Utilities strategy to inform design and is a creative thinker who can problem-solve.
Practices ownership, takes accountability, and is able to manage own work, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality work.
Has excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Functions well in a high-paced and ever-changing environment.
-Candidates must provide a portfolio or a link that demonstrates understanding and skill range.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
Graphic Design: 3 years’ work experience.
