Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities for COTAs in a variety of settings. What You’ll Be Doing*:
- Support the implementation of Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in a variety of school settings.
- Assist students in developing fine motor skills, sensory processing, visual motor integration, and self-care skills needed for school participation.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom environment.
- Collect data and document student progress toward IEP goals, reporting regularly to the supervising OT.
- Prepare and organize materials and activities that align with therapeutic goals and student needs.
- Participate in team meetings, including IEP meetings, when appropriate, to share observations and progress.
- Promote independence and functional participation in the educational environment.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure services are delivered in accordance with district, state, and federal regulations.
- Adapt activities and environments to meet the unique needs of individual students.

What We’re Looking For:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state where services will be provided.
- Knowledge of school-based OT practices, IEPs, and special education services.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with OTs, educators, families, and other team members.
- Ability to follow treatment plans and adapt activities based on student response and progress.
- Pediatric or school-based setting experience preferred.
