Precast Rigging & Crane Operations Lead
Ready to Run a Safe, High-Output Precast Yard?
If coordinating crews, cranes, and quality control is your wheelhouse, this role in Mesa, AZ is for you. We’re looking for a hands-on leader to drive safety, precision, and efficiency across daily precast operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead a crew of precast professionals—assign work, coach performance, and set the pace.
- Own the daily plan: scheduling, material staging, and equipment readiness.
- Direct crane operations, rigging, and load handling to ensure secure, efficient lifts.
- Hold regular safety meetings and on-the-spot trainings to reinforce best practices.
- Inspect product quality and troubleshoot process issues as they appear.
- Partner with project managers to hit deadlines without compromising safety or quality.
- Document production metrics, safety incidents/observations, and maintenance activity.
What You'll Need
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10) is required
- Valid Forklift License
- Demonstrated experience in crane operation, rigging, and load handling
- Leadership track record with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail orientation with solid problem-solving skills
- Precast concrete experience preferred
