Sales Ops Data Analyst

Gems Setra is seeking a visionary Lead Data Analyst to join our Sales Operations & Enablement team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of harnessing the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to drive data analytics initiatives and lead transformative projects. As a key member of our team, you will develop an in-depth understanding of the business data and analytical needs, leveraging AI capabilities to generate actionable insights using SQL (Postgres) and advanced visualization tools such as Power BI. **Core Competencies and Responsibilities:** + Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex data challenges with a forward-thinking approach in a rapidly evolving environment. + Drive data strategy and champion AI-powered analytics, collaborating across the business and leading project teams. + Strong analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret data with precision and attention to detail. + Utilize AI algorithms to uncover patterns, trends, and predictive insights from complex data sets. + Ensure the seamless operation of data visualization processes, identifying optimization opportunities and managing interventions for continuous improvement. + Develop and maintain data products through innovative visualization techniques and advanced analytics. **Minimum Qualifications:** + 3+ years of experience in SQL with expertise in advanced SQL and statistical/window functions. + 3+ years of experience in Power BI & DAX functions (or equivalent visualization tool). + Experience in leading project teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. + Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with project teams and key stakeholders. + Proficiency in AI-driven data analysis, with a focus on leveraging machine learning and predictive modeling techniques. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools. + Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning applications. + BS/MS degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent field. + 3+ years of progressive professional experience preferred, with direct or indirect experience supporting sales teams. \#LI-JW2 **Ralliant Corporation Overview** Ralliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
