As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Sr Advanced , you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Oversee and manage advanced manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Provide direct program support to ensure ability to manufacture development program products within quality, cost, and schedule measures.
• Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and processes to optimize production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance. Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements. WE VALUE
