Bi-Lingual Front Desk Receptionist
Responsibilities 1. The first point of service for our clients coming into our practices and is responsible for greeting, registering and scheduling appointments.
- Acts as primary source of information to patients in waiting room.
- Take client payments
- Schedule appointments/reminder calls
- Counsel abortion minded women
- Full agreement with the Center's Mission Statement and scope of care.
- Is comfortable working with people in crisis situations.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Has good organizational skills.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
