General Labor - Bin Repair / Sorting

This position supports daily recycling and waste operations through physical, hands-on work. As a General Labor team member, you will assist with bin repair, material sorting, and facility support that keeps operations moving safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Repair and handle carts and bins
  • Sort recyclable materials and trash on conveyor lines
  • Perform floor sorting and cleanup tasks
  • Follow safety procedures and production requirements
  • Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to perform physical work for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Safety-focused mindset
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules

Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly pay
  • Schedule based on operational needs
  • Overtime and weekend work may be required
