Job Summary:

The Accounting Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient financial operations while leading a dynamic team.

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Supervise daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
• Prepare and present financial statements and reports, offering insights into financial performance.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing procedures; conduct account reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely transactions.
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior accounting staff to ensure professional growth.
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance financial operations.
• Support strategic initiatives with financial analysis and guidance.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary & Benefits:

• Annual Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000, based on experience.
