Burn It Build It Fitness is a fast-growing, strength-based training studio known for high-energy group workouts, personalized coaching, and a strong community atmosphere. We’re looking for a motivated Manager in Training to grow into a leadership role within our company.

In this position, you’ll gain hands-on experience in coaching, sales, member retention, and daily studio operations. You’ll lead group sessions, build relationships with members, support marketing efforts, and work directly with leadership to develop the skills needed to manage a successful fitness business.

We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for fitness, leadership, and personal growth.

$40,000 - $75,000 yearly DOE

Leadership & Coaching:

Lead high-energy group training sessions that create an engaging, motivating, and results-driven experience for members. Provide hands-on coaching, ensure proper movement quality, and help members build confidence while supporting all fitness levels.

Member Experience & Accountability:

Build strong relationships with members through personalized coaching, encouragement, and accountability. Support client success by helping members stay consistent, tracking progress, and creating a positive community atmosphere that drives retention.

Studio Operations & Growth:

Assist with day-to-day studio operations, member engagement, and sales initiatives. Support marketing efforts, community outreach, and lead generation while developing the leadership and business skills needed to grow into a management role.

Professional Development:

Continuously expand your knowledge in fitness, leadership, and business operations through ongoing education, mentorship, and team collaboration. Work closely with leadership to refine coaching skills and contribute to the overall success of the studio.

Experience in strength training, group fitness coaching, or functional movement training preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to motivate and connect with members

Passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve results in a supportive team environment

Ability to adapt workouts and coaching styles to accommodate different fitness levels, goals, and limitations

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role

Previous experience in a fitness studio, gym, sales, customer service, or coaching environment is a plus

Degree or certification in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Personal Training, or a related field preferred but not required
