What would you do as a Business Development RepresentativeAs a Full-Time Business Development Representative at Inspired Homecare of Arizona, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of outside sales, conducting 8-10 sales calls daily. This role centers on building essential relationships with primary care providers (PCPs), skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and hospitals, fostering collaboration within home health, case management, and discharge planning. Your ability to connect with key decision-makers will not only drive growth for our organization but also enhance the quality of care for patients in Arizona. By leveraging your expertise and problem-solving skills, you'll play a crucial role in facilitating seamless transitions and ensuring that our services meet the evolving needs of the healthcare community.
