BAYADA’s RN Nurse Residency Program in Phoenix, Arizona is the perfect way to launch your career with confidence. You’ll provide one-on-one home care, build new skills, and receive tailored support every step of the way.

What BAYADA Offers

• $32-35/hour starting pay
• Full-time (36+ hours/week)
• Daytime and Overnight Shifts
• 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts

✅ What You Need to Apply

• Active RN license in Arizona (or pending licensure with NCLEX date)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program within the last year
• Commitment to a FT schedule for 8 weeks, including weekend availability
• Willingness to drive 45+ minutes at times
