Our client is a privately held real estate company that owns, develops, and manages manufactured home communities across the U.S. They are searching for a Sales & Leasing Agent to join their team ASAP!

Salary:
$80-125k OTE (earned through $35k base salary & uncapped commission)

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a driven Sales & Leasing Consultant to guide prospective customers through the home buying and leasing process from initial tour through closing. This is a consultative, relationship-focused sales role where you'll conduct property tours, overcome objections, coordinate financing and applications, and help customers find the housing solution that best fits their needs.

This position is ideal for someone with a proven track record in a quota-driven sales environment who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective buyers and renters for scheduled appointments and walk-in visits.
• Conduct engaging property tours and educate customers on available homes, pricing, financing, and community amenities.
• Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and recommend the best housing options.
• Guide customers through the application, financing, and approval process while maintaining consistent communication.
• Coordinate with lenders and internal teams to ensure transactions move efficiently from contract to move-in.
• Prepare and review contracts, payment information, and transaction documents with accuracy.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of active prospects and consistently follow up to maximize conversion rates.
• Record customer interactions, appointments, and sales activity in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and applicable housing regulations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a commission-based sales role with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Experience in automotive sales, retail sales, telecommunications, home improvement, furniture, mattresses, insurance, door-to-door sales, real estate, or other high-volume sales environments is highly preferred.
• Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to build trust and establish relationships with customers quickly.
• Comfortable discussing financing, pricing, and payment options.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active customers simultaneously.
• Experience using CRM software is preferred.
• Real estate, leasing, or property management experience is a plus but not required.
