Warehouse Manager

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and structured Warehouse Manager with strong NetSuite ERP experience to lead daily warehouse operations in a regulated, audit-focused environment. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in systems, maintains precise inventory control, and communicates clearly and effectively across departments. The ideal candidate has experience working in cGMP-compliant environments and understands the importance of accuracy, documentation, and audit readiness at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, staging, and shipping of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records in NetSuite, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, cycle counts, and lot/expiration tracking.
• Serve as the primary warehouse owner of NetSuite inventory workflows, ensuring data integrity and system discipline.
• Execute and manage cycle counts and physical inventories; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure full compliance with cGMP, FDA requirements, and internal SOPs in all warehouse activities.
• Maintain strict lot-level traceability and complete, audit-ready documentation for all inventory movements.
• Coordinate closely with Quality Assurance on quarantines, releases, retention samples, and non-conforming materials.
• Train, supervise, and hold warehouse staff accountable to SOPs, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready warehouse environment at all times.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with Production, Quality, and R&D to support operational needs and schedules.
• Create and maintain inventory and warehouse reporting using NetSuite and Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in dietary supplement, food, or nutraceutical manufacturing.
• Extensive hands-on experience using NetSuite ERP for inventory management is required.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and audit readiness expectations.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills including pivot tables, formulas, and lookups.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience leading and training warehouse teams in regulated environments.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Work Environment

• Combination of warehouse floor oversight and administrative ERP-based work.
• Requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and forklift operation.
• Fast-paced, highly regulated environment with frequent audits and inspections.
