Landscaping Spray Technician

We provide full-service landscape maintenance, irrigation, arbor care, and enhancements for HOAs, multifamily communities, resorts, and commercial properties. As a Spray Technician at Landtamers, you will play a critical role in maintaining landscape health and beauty across our commercial properties. You’ll apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other plant-care treatments safely and effectively while ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. This role supports our commitment to environmental stewardship and quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Safely mix and apply fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, pesticides, and other landscape treatments on commercial sites.
Operate and maintain spray equipment (backpack sprayers, boom sprayers, etc.) and ensure proper calibration.
Inspect landscaped areas to identify weeds, pests, diseases, and appropriate treatment plans.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of applications, product usage, and service locations.
Follow all safety protocols, label instructions, and state/federal regulations regarding chemical handling and application.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to deliver exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Experience with chemical application, landscape spraying, or related outdoor maintenance work preferred.
Ability to safely handle and apply pesticides and fertilizers, following all regulatory guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety first.
Willingness to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
Pesticide applicator certification or willingness to obtain licensure is a plus.
